Sawasdee Kaa, my name is Maleewan and I founded www.thai-pants.com with my husband Daniel who is managing the technical side of the shop and doing customer support. We have been running different other websites but we always felt like we need to create something special for the US audience. It was luck that we could get a contract with DHL Express so we can provide super fast shipping to the US with an excellent support at a relatively low price. It is even free for you on all orders over $100 US. When we started selling thai apparel about 10 years ago, we were one of a few sites selling these products but the competition is getting really hard now.
